Going through my drafts I found this post I created in 2013
This may sound crazy then again some of you may be able to relate. Last week, I went to the gym after dropping my son at AWANA. I decided I would try Zumba Gold for the first time. I tried to do the regular Zumba class before, but had trouble with my feet and knees. I was told to try Zumba Gold because it was for people with injuries and/or older people so it would be better for me. I only did 30 minutes of the Zumba class because I wanted to get some strength training in before picking my son up. I loved the class! It was so fun. It didn't matter that I got some of the moves wrong because others did as well. We all laughed about it and just kept moving. I mean that's the whole point to keep the heart rate up isn't it? After 30 minutes of class, I headed out and did 30 minutes of strength training. I thought everything was ok. I got my son off to bed. Then, I felt as if I couldn't stay up long enough to log my exercises in to MFP. I applaud you all for being able to do Zumba and stay awake and function afterwards lol! You, You Guys Rock!!! I'll be there soon because I will defininately be taking another Zumba Gold class :)

Regroup & Regain (Control)
Hello Readers,
I know it has been years since my last blog post. Thanks for sticking around. I'm never really consistant with my many hobbies. I've been blessed with many talents and plan to put a few of them to work. Guess you could say it's my new goal: to gain consistency (or maybe it's control).
I have been going through many changes lately and come to a positive realization. I'm always there for others. If it is possible I will try my damnedest to help. However, I feel unappreciated a little too much for all the things I do for others. I'm not the type of person to throw up what I do for others. Lately, I have been thinking it tho. I began to see a lot of things that were really going on (or for what it really was). My sister would say, "Little sister your just grown up and maturing." You know what? She would be correct. I feel it.
I feel I am at a point in my life where I should focus more on myself and my son. I feel I should start building a foundation for our future. I know that's something that should have been established long ago. We all know life gets in the way. But, it's how we handle and manage the obstacles that determines our future. I have been drab and played around for far too long. I am no where near where I wanted to be at this point in my life as a teenager. Yes, I know we all have extravagant hopes and dreams for our future as a youngster. However, I know that my goals can still be reached. I sat down and thought long and hard. I now know exactly what my 5 year goals are. They are typed, printed, and posted as a daily reminder.
Being that I know what my goals are, I figured I might as well get to working on them. I don't really consider myself to have a best friend. Therefore, when I need to vent I'll be posting here. Of course, I want be airing any dirty laundry. Lol, I know my business is my business. First, item on the agenda: Get my house in order!
To begin this process I created a huge to do list and gave myself a deadline. Of course, what doesn't get completed will roll over to the next to do list. The time frame I have set starts today Saturday, March 26, 2016 and tentatively ends Saturday, April 30, 2016. That is exactly 5 weeks away. My list currently consist of 53 items. Anything else that comes to mind will be added to my next to do list.
Well, I will give you guys an update later tonight or tomorrow. As, always Thanks for reading and your time is very much appreciated.

Coupons 4 Trade
I'm a member of various sites that provide the opportunity to trade coupons. Although, I've been trading for a few years I never kept a running list of what I had to trade. I did make a post containing My Coupon Wishlist and My ISO Coupon List. Thinking it would be a more convenient way to help me get rid of coupons I can't use, I decided to create a post for them. I collect my coupons from many sources Sunday inserts, magazines, peelies, blinkies, freebies, samples, and more. If you are interested in any of the coupons listed below feel free to message me at OfficialLilCountryBelle@gmail.com or leave a comment below. Be sure to let me know which coupons you are interested in and I will respond as soon as I can. Be sure to check back often as this list will be updated weekly.

Coupons In The Mail
So, I'm on the journey to fill my coupon binder with as many usable coupons as possible. Not the Extreme Couponing way, you know 40 - 100+ of the same coupons all with the identical expiration date. Now, don't get me wrong having multiple coupons for one item is not a bad thing! I just coupon on a smaller scale and in a way that is comfortable for me. I would like to one day build a decent sized stockpile that would be useful for my family, the realistic way. Check your store coupon policies!!
Getting back to the reason for this post, coupons in the mail. There are many sources out there for receiving coupons besides the Sunday paper. I have come to realize that many internet printed coupons are of higher value than those found in the Sunday paper. Various magazines also include high value coupons. The magazines that I will link in this post are only the ones I receive or have received in the past. I'm only listing those I have knowledge of. Believe me there are plenty more magazines out there of which include coupons. Please, if you know of any I may have missed feel free to include the names and or links in the comment section.
As, I mention above printable coupons often have a higher value than those in the Sunday paper. Maybe not always but most of the time! I really wish I would have gained the knowledge that printable coupons can be mailed to you a few months back. Smh, I must say I used most of my ink printing coupons than school related materials. I recently found out that coupons can be mailed to your home. Not, all coupons can be mailed to you. However, I suggest you try before printing each coupon unless you need it asap. Don't know what to do to get your coupons printed? Don't fret, I gotcha back ;) Proceed as if you are about to print the coupon (clicking the print your coupon or get my coupon button), when you get to the pop up screen that reads "Your coupons are waiting!", stroll down to the bottom of the page, click help on the right bottom corner, a mailer form should pop up allowing you to enter your name and mailing address. If the form does not pop up, you may see a strip on the bottom that states "Mail my coupon", if so click on the bottom in the right corner that reads "Click here". After clicking the button the mailer form should pop up.
Below is a current list of home mailers, printable coupons that can be mailed to you, clubs to join that send out coupons, and magazines that include coupons. I signed up for each before creating the link.

National Take Your Parents to Lunch Day
It's been forever since I have written a blog post! School and life has taken over and barely leaves me time for anything else. There are tons of new things happening in my life and I plan to share them all (most anyway). I recently joined a Word of Mouth group called Green Moms Meet. Green Moms Meet is an online resource that empowers moms to come together in an informal setting and talk about the latest on raising healthy families and living green (taken from the Green Moms Meet site). I was selected to be a Mom Ambassador and Moms Meet Blogger. I'm extremely honored to be selected to be a part of this wonderful group and blog all about it.
My first blogging invite was National Take Your Parents to Lunch Day! Yep, you guessed it today is National Take Your Parents to Lunch Day. So, I went to eat lunch with my son and his class. Today, was a little different. I have eaten lunch in the school's cafeteria many times before due to my student teaching this semester. Today, my son's extra generous teacher treated those students who made the honor roll to an ice cream treat in their classroom. So I wasn't able to talk to the lunch staff. Mrs. Gowen informed those receiving the treat before leaving the classroom, that they were to pick up their lunch trays and line up to go back into the classroom. The remaining students sat at their assigned lunch table and ate lunch as usual. At first, I felt sorry for those students that didn't get to go. Knowing what was going on in the classroom while they sat in the lunch room. Then, I realized this act would actually make them work harder to make it onto the honor roll next 9 weeks. My son was one of the students that received the treat, my big boy made the A honor roll!!! Math 95, Reading 95, and ELA 97 I'm such a proud mommy :)
Unfortunately, I didn't have my memory card in my camera but I did get a few pictures. I will up load them once I get my camera cord. For lunch students had: Roasted chicken, Baked sweet potato fries, cabbage, pear, juice and milk. Most students seemed to enjoy their lunch. I noticed almost all of the students ate their chicken, a few ate their cabbage, and they all seemed to be taken away by the sweet potato fries. I couldn't get my son to eat lunch from the cafeteria today, he brought his lunch. I was able to ask him a couple of questions once he got home about the food in the lunchroom.
His favorite breakfast items are the Super donuts and sausages. His favorites use to be corn or frosted flakes and blueberry muffins. Super donuts and sausages are his favorite because he loves their taste. Kelin's favorite lunch items are grapes, oranges, salisbury steak with mashed potatoes, and pizza. These lunch items are his favorites because they all taste really good. Students are allowed to purchase extra items occasionally. I asked "How do you choose what you eat in the cafeteria as far as extras?" He replied that he purchase the items that tastes the best to him. Carrots are his favorite vegetable served at school. When asked what item he's served at school he would like for me to make, he replied "uncrustables because they look like a pie." He aslo would like the school to serve more mixed fruit, carrots, and celery because they are healthy snacks. Kelin said he doesn't always eat everything on his tray, but sometimes he cleans it! Sometimes he is full after lunch and sometimes he's still hungry. Items served that he doesn't like are the normandy blend or sloppy joe because he doesn't like the way it tastes.
Milk and fruit juice is served everyday. I was told the lunch staff always wants the students to get juice, when asked if he gets a juice everyday he said yes. Apple juice is his favorite juice and pineapple is the one he likes the least because it tastes nasty. Kelin drinks some of his milk everyday and sometimes drinks it all. The school serves three types of milk: regular, chocolate, and strawberry milk. Regular milk is his favorite while he doesn't really care for the strawberry milk because it's too sweet. He would like for the lunch staff to serve shrimp, crackers, brownies and more pizza. I asked if he felt like he had enough time to eat his lunch. Kelin thinks the students need more time to eat lunch. They only have enough time to eat a little bit of their food before staff calls for students wanting to purchase extras. After purchasing extras, students feel rushed to finish eating.
The opinions within this post are those of my son and myself. He is just one of the many students served at our local elementary school. Being that I didn't get to talk to an actual member of the kitchen staff I will state what differences I have seen so far. This year our Elementary school cafeteria has made lots of changes. I have noticed that they are serving fresh fruit now, opposed to fruit cocktail that was served at breakfast and lunch. The menu now consists of more items from the food groups. I feel like the new menu plan will introduce a lot of children to healthy eating and will encourage students to try foods they have never tried before. Overall, I enjoyed my lunch visit with my son and his class.

Ebay Love :)
Good Morning Everyone! I'm up early and extremely excited this morning :) I just checked on my 18 month subscription for All*You magazine I purchased on Ebay for only $7.50 (Great Lick)!! When my information popped up it showed I paid $20. I use a prepaid card for online purchases and only put $20 on the card. I also made three other transactions purchasing coupon inserts. A total of 15 to be exact :) Yep, I would say I was on a roll! I was given a code to activate my subscription which was done through a school fundraiser. I kind of felt bad, because the seller must have paid the remainder. But, hey I got my All*You subscription I have been wanting for so long. Although, I would have gotten my $25 back in one or two issues, that's the price for a regular subscription. I just didn't want to pay it lol! I also noticed that the subscriptions seem to have more coupons than the store bought magazines. I purchased the June issue and felt like it didn't have as many coupons in it as I was use to when I had a previous subscription. I don't know I maybe wrong it just seems that way. The page with all the coupons listed was not included inside of my June issue. But, I don't believe I had the same amount as the subscription magazine listed on the cover. I did however purchase the Summer special edition, that magazine alone made up for any and everything I was missing :)
Do any of you purchase or have a subscription to All*You? How long have you had it? What do you like best about it? Did you know their website offer free samples every day? They do visit All*You Daily Samples :) Do you coupon? Where do you get your coupons from? Leave me a comment below please. I would love to hear from a few followers.

Jimmy Dean's® Pancake & Sausage on a Stick
One of the best on the go breakfast items are Jimmy Dean's Pancake and Sausage on a Stick. These are a favorite of both my son and I!! I must pick up a box every month when I go grocery shopping. I grew up on Jimmy Dean products, it was always my favorite brand. As a young child my favorite was their sausage patties and sausage biscuits. Every summer my cousins and I piled in my Grandmothers house and our parents stocked her freezer with Jimmy Dean goodness. Having this history with Jimmy Dean, the first time I saw the Pancakes and Sausage on a Stick I just knew they would be delicious. I like the fact that they are microwaveable, you can grab them and go, and the pancake doesn't get soggy when you cook them. My son and nephew likes to eat them just as they are, but I like to dip mine in syrup. In my opinion the pancake kind of has a maple syrup taste to it. Each Pancake and Sausage on a Stick is individually wrapped. So once the box is almost empty you can neatly stack them in a tray or corner of your freezer to save space. Anyone that has not tried Jimmy Dean's Pancake and Sausage on a stick is definitely missing out!!
There are actually three different varieties of the Pancakes and Sausage on a Stick. There is the original of course, blueberry, and chocolate chip. At this point, I have not tried the chocolate chip flavor. My cousin stated that her two boys, ages two and twelve both love the chocolate chip flavor and the thought of having chocolate for breakfast. Jimmy Dean's Pancakes and Sausage on a Stick comes in full size with a stick or the mini without a stick. We love them both in my home :)

Want something healthier? Try Jimmy D's® Griddle Sticks made with turkey sausage. I have not tried this product yet so I can't vouch for it's taste. But, be on the look out because I do plan to purchase all turkey one month (bacon, sausage and burgers). I'm collecting coupons for the journey now and so that review should be up in a month or so. If any of you have tried the Jimmy D's® Griddle Sticks or any of the other turkey items please leave me a comment and let me know your opinions. I have a lot of friends and family that have made the switch especially with the bacon.
Please leave comments and let me know your thoughts on the products in this review. If you have also reviewed these items please by all means, leave a link below so I can check out your post. If you would like to use part of this post in a post on your blog, I ask that you please link back giving proper credit. The opinions stated above are mine solely and have not be swayed in any way.
Thanks for reading :)
